Read More Matt, chef at St. Michaels restaurant Painswick, will be repeating the successful Pig Fest Chefs Skills Course on the 26th of November and 3rd of December 4pm-9pm, this time with Dexter’s Beef, where meat lovers will get to learn how to butcher their animal from nose to tail and understand and identify each cut of meat and how to apply the appropriate cooking technique.
The price for the event is £110 pp and includes a meal. The slivovitz is already chilling!
